Several years ago, developer David Bumgardner bought up of businesses, which include a convenience store most of the town, florist and post office.
The coastal courier reports that Bumgardner originally wanted to turn the 1.9-square-mile Toomsboro into a tourist stop. But now, Bumgardner is teaming up with local preservationist Bill Lucado to sell the entire town.
The blog Southern Exposure posted several photos of Toomsboro back in 2009.
Lucado tells the paper he thinks Toomsboro would be a "perfect fit" for a movie production company location in need of a set or a music company looking to build a new venue.

"The benefits are to prevent energy and fuel for farmers, as well as further contamination of the environment," said Ravi Naidu, chief scientist at CRC for contamination assessment and remediation of the environment (CRC care), a South Australian based company in the preparation of the technology involved.
"There is a green technology from this perspective, really" Naidu, a Professor of the University of South Australia, told of Reuters.

LONDON (Reuters) - Portrait painter Lucian Freud left a record 96 million pounds ($156 million) in his will, the largest sum bequeathed by a British artist, the Mail on Sunday newspaper reported.

Freud died in July last year aged 88, by which time his uncompromising, fleshy portraits had made him one of the world's most revered and coveted artists, whose subjects ranged from England's Queen Elizabeth II to the supermodel Kate Moss.

His "Benefits Supervisor Sleeping", a 1995 portrait of an obese woman asleep in the nude on a sofa, fetched $33.6 million at Christie's in 2008, an auction record for a living artist.

Freud left 2.5 million pounds and a house, the paper said, to his long-term assistant, David Dawson, who is pictured in Freud's last unfinished work "Portrait of the Hound", which also featured the artist's pet whippet Eli.

Representatives of Freud in Britain and the United States were not immediately available for comment on Sunday.

The remainder of the estate was left to his lawyer Diana Rawstron and one of his daughters, Rose Pearce, who are identified as trustees in Freud's will and are instructed to dispose of his personal possessions in line with wishes expressed during the artist's life, the newspaper reported.

Freud, the grandson of psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud, married twice and had several children, although he was widely believed to have fathered many more than he acknowledged.

With the Hashtag "# pandaAI," Wildt provided a steady stream of joyous Tweets--including photos-as Mei with was filled, thawed sperm.
"It's an exciting day!" Wildt wrote. "It takes only one!"
It only 1,600 pandas left on Earth, he added, which is why they are hoping to get a young Mei.

Grandparents allegedly tow 7-year-old behind SUV in toy car while drunk

The grandparents of a 7-year-old Florida girl are several charges after she her supposedly in a plastic car behind their SUV dragged - all under the influence of alcohol.
The Herald Tribune reported that Paul j. Berloni, 49, driving under the influence, child exposure and drive with a suspended license is responsible. Father of the child was called to the scene and "verbally annoyed" was supposedly with his mother before taking custody of his child.

The Court, not immediately but a judgment will be a written statement at a later date.
